Eat your bread @ Deli's Bakery

This is a plate of Turkey Ham sandwich i got from Deli's Bakery ( formerly known as Ma Baker ) few days before Chinese New Year. The story goes like this, i would not have eat bread if it wasn't for the fact that i need to wait for my friends to have his car tinted done. Bunch of troublesome friends indeed.

My mum regularly advice me to consume more bread / sandwiches because it is good food. But ma, the problem is i don't like good food, i enjoy SWEET DELICIOUS TASTY food and somehow tasty = unhealthy.

Alright, enough with all the nonsense. This sandwich contains sliced carrots, carbages and turkey ham with a generous amount of mayo in it. It's quite good to be frank with you. On another note, there was a guy who sat just beside my table who kept talking and flirting with the 40 year old plus staff that he accidentaly dropped one of the 2 cupcakes he GOT onto the floor. The funny thing was he looked around and i thought that he would had threw it in the bin but he didnt. He picked it up, DID NOT get rid of the dirt and he just ate it up like nothing had happened! SO SO GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sabah Hawker Point

It has been quite a while since i write something about an eating establishment. So , this is called the SABAH HAWKER POINT. Situated opposite Centrepoint ( old GCM football field ) facing the river , this place was once my favourite football field but it now has become a place for greedy fat pigs to satisfy their palate. Ya, i still am disappointed about losing my favourite ground.

I wouldn't be hanging around there if it wasn't for Patrick's non-stop persuasion about having breakfast with his love bud colleagues.

This is how the Sabah Hawker Point looks like from the .... outside. I didn't bother walking around as there aren't many pretty hot chicks.

After browsing through the sabahan food menu, i eventually got myself a bowl of Fish Mee Hoon with salted vege. It's my favourite dish whenever i am in Labuan so i guess, if it's coming from Sabah, it must be hell of a food.

It has fish balls, fish meat, sabah tomatoes, spring onions, plum , salted veges and oh ya.. my favourite... TOFUS!

The good thing about this dish is the mee hoon. It's not as big ( if that's what you wanna call it ), the ones in town and my mum would really like it. The bad thing about this dish is actually ... the whole bowl. Something is very wrong. It's toooooooo sour and i just can't feel the sabahan-ness in it. It feels too Mirian. Ok, i admit, the chef preparing the food is a mirian and mirian are not well known for coming out with tasty fish mee hoon. Thats a fact.

I soon got fed up with the mee hoon that i decided to leave it and opted for the much interesting Roti Tissue which cost me RM 2.00. I bet this is the only place in Miri which serves such Roti. Shaped like a con, one has to actually peel the whole thing apart and it tasted sweet. Much to my...surprise. I thought it tasted salty due to the fact that it was prepared with some guy's bare hands.

I bet that Sabah Hawker Point has more to offer if not only for it's fish mee hoon. I'll go down again some other time for my next evaluation and i hope they won't disappoint me ( again ).

Boring 3 weeks.

I am on a week long holiday . Updated post would be up right after the 26th of February.

So, i didnt get to celebrate valentines like how my cousin, Adrian did. Oh wait... did i? I just couldn't remember.

For all that i know, i did helped celebrate Jane's 18th birthday for her with a bunch of my mates including my cousin Ah Bee & his really amazing friends. Yes, there were Fireworks..

Last minute Coffee Bean cakes.....

and ..18 candles and another 18 of it which were all lighted up on the balcony of the oil museum up at Canada Hill. Who wouldn't be impressed with that?

To top it off, all of them sang birthday songs to her twice. Funny indeed. For my birthday, i would like to have it done in the middle of the sea. So.. i am hinting.

Back to valentines day, which was on the 14th. Where everyone would prepare to go for dinner with their love ones, i on the other hand decided to stay in my cousin's cybercafe and sleep on that very couch til 11 at night before going back. Did i mentioned that i had lunch with Jane at Nikko's?

Ok, enough of her, i did received tons of messages from the opposite gender asking me where would i be going for valentines dinner. Darn this ladies, knowing that they themselves had a date, they even had the sheer audacity to ask their respective partners to bring them to places where i would be dining at. No, serious!

I will just skip to the part where how i celebrated Chinese New Year. I went to friends house and when i say friends , friends = GIRLS ONLY!

You peeps out there who find it hard looking for a girl's name in your contacts should just hang out with me but i will not guarantee the girls would be attending to your....... needs. So stop flaming me bunch of jealous wuss. Oh wait, hanging out with me is a bad idea, its a certain that it will lower your self esteem. Anyways, i should stop writing else there's more biblical verses or holy scriptures popping up my comment boxes. Not that i mind, it just that my dad reads my blog.

HO HO HO.

PS: Pictures of my visit to friends house would be posted up soon . I promise ( girls only )

For the record this pig wild boar here is waiting for someone come next december.

My Shoes...

This is an infant bootie that Jane got me recently. I don't know what's wrong with her as this shows she's going through a phase where she is feeling or have the tendency to have this lil feelings for children. It would look really weird to be receiving such gifts from a girl who *cough* fancies *cough* me but anyway, it looks rather cute.

I have other ideas on what to do with it but instead of spending the whole 4 hours shoving it into my pet's paws, i finally came to the conclusion that it would be much more easier to treat it as a decorative "thing" in my car. People ( especially HOT girls ) would be rather disappointed to see that on my dashboard cause they might think i am married or something which is not true.. but anyway, thanks for the infant-sized shoes jane.

Now this is a pair of Nike Talaria football shoes which i purchased recently from Lea Sport Centre and it cost RM 429.00. I really love the whole design and although it weights heavier than the other Puma shoes which i'm currently wearing, it's really comfy.

I can do more stepovers, dazzling dribbling skills and more powerful acceleration with this on the football field. With that kinda price, it's worth every single cent.

Tanjung Lobang Beach

This is the Tanjung Beach which i went to few months back. I'll just post up the pics which i took. Nothing much to write about lately.... I don't feel inspired anymore.

I saw a loner, so i decided to took a picture of him.

The stones are as big as my *ehem*

So are the tree trunks. LOL.

This is the jetty out to the sea where most couple did what's romantic for each other. I on the other hand, went there to pee in the sea.

Boring....

The view from the jetty.

The canopy aka shed.

This is the partially obstructed view of J.W Marriott resort.

This is my lamp post in the middle of the sea. I had named it the Adam's 1999 Post.

I don't know why , but i really like this pic.

I even saw a guy fishing for mermaids. If you are looking for sweet chicks, here's not the place. Hop straight down to JW Marriots pool, there's plenty there.

The fishing accessories. I felt like stealing all of it back, but somehow the thoughts of getting caught terrifies me.

My slip ons.

The rusty nail. This word sounds rather pleasing to my ear, maybe i could even a bar with the name The rusty nail... sweet.

They say that if you look longer at the clouds , you will see faces of sweet chicks kissing me.

I don't know if it's true but i had sweet chicks kissing me all the time in real life. period.

My slip ons again. See how dull it can get when you are alone at the beach?

There's a kid who is looking for the gold ring which i threw 8 years ago. I told him he can have it when he finds it. The truth is i didn't actually threw it there, i got it back and it's in my cupboard now. I am wondering whether the lil guy is still looking for it.

Anyways, this pillar here kinda reminds me of my friend's face. Seriously, it's that rough.

It's getting late so i went back home, leaving all the s.h.i.t behind me for the past few weeks.

This pic here would definitely go straight down to Visit Miri 2007 brochure.
